Background: Carolina A. Oleas started studying Accounting at an early age in her native country, Ecuador. Having a foreign background allowed her to understand diversity among clients, fluent in both English and Spanish, Carolina is passionate about helping individuals in her community.  After moving to the United States she pursued her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Baruch College in New York City. While studying to obtain her career goals, Carolina worked in the accounting department for a Non-Profit Organization: Catholic Charities of New York. Here, she started working as  an Accounting Clerk and was promoted to Staff Accountant before becoming Accounting Manager. Carolina became licensed in New York where she also worked as an Auditor for a few years before returning back to Private Accounting.
